My food was horrible ordered ribs and got the end pieces only. Chicken was half cooked Never again.

Ordered food to go . Food was dry and the fries were cold and not crispy . I ordered 2 empanadas but instead was charged for 4 . I bought them back because one of them had nothing inside of them. and the beef ribs were over cooked . To the point of being burnt . And the half chicken was chicken breast and a quarter piece of chicken also dry .

I’ve been coming here for years and will never go back. Today i ordered some take out and was told when I got there it was too late to pick it up but they close at 9pm? When i asked the lady in the front how am I late if you guys close at 9pm she just said “you’re late”. So i told her I can take my money elsewhere if it was a problem you should’ve said that before taking my order on the phone. I called and arrived within 30 minutes of placing the order while they were open so i don’t understand how am i late. Then she proceeds to give me an attitude while handing me my food. If you don’t like your job then quit, if you close at 9pm then you should be working til it’s time to close the door. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is terrible.

BAD FOOD, BAD STUFF, BAD EVERYTHING! I had the worst experience at this place. Yesterday it was my first order. Rice was hard and fries was burned, meat came wrong.( I asked for beef ribs, I got sliced meat, everything it was tasteless. The worst was the stuff. When I went back to return that horrible food.l, the lady treated me really bed. They couldn't find my receipt, even when I was there 20 min before. We'll, I paid cash. I'm wondering what they did for not find my receipt. I want to talk to the owner, the answer was hilarious. They said there's NO owner. Well.... I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Local charcoal grilled chicken. They give you a lot of food at a reasonable price. The skin is crispy with a lot of flavor. I wish the white meat was a little juicier but still decent.
